My phone wasn’t holding charge for long. I’d leave the house with 100% After two minutes it would drop to 20%. Messaged jim and asked could I book in for new battery. He replied straight back to me when he seen the message and booked me in. Brilliant price brilliant communication and 10/10 service thank you mate ❤️

Would 100% recommend. Brilliant service and at such a great price too. I had my iPhone repaired and it’s like new. Repair done really quick and with no issues at all.

As always an excellent service from HTB! My son smashed his screen yet again! Phone dropped off, repair completed and collected all before lunchtime! Would highly recommend them for all phone repairs.

Brilliant pre loved IPhones sold with screen protectors and 6 month warranty which you can have confidence they will honour Repairs carried out professionally aka ways for the amount quoted with great customer service Whats not to like Use with confidence!!!

iPhone 12 Pro Max not charging via lightning socket. Had attempted to clear out any gunk with no success. Called in to book a charging port replacement. The ladies at reception had a quick check and gave the port a clean out and hey presto phone is charging again via lightning port, had a screen protector fitted whilst there. Great service thanks very much.

The 'Home Button' on my iphone 7, ceased to work, so a quick phone call to HTB put me through to a very helpful lady who described EXACTLY how to fix it through 'Settings' !!! Perfect & so helpful! Thankyou!

Visiting the area on Holiday, smashed my screen so went into the EE shop in Haverfordwest where they told me only to come to HTB despite 2 other repair shops on the same street as EE. Glad I did.....excellent service and Price. 🙂
